Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp Splenda
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine chickpeas, peanut butter, fat-free milk, applesauce, Splenda, baking powder, and salt in a food processor until smooth. Stir in Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips. Form into balls and bake for 10 mins. Remove from the oven and cool. Enjoy and pair with a quality protein source!
