Ingredients
2 eggs
1 slice whole wheat toast
1 Tbsp avocado
1/2 cup spinach
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
It’s as simple as it looks! Cook eggs on the stovetop however you prefer them alongside spinach. Toast a slice of whole wheat bread and spread a layer of avocado on top. Layer cooked spinach and egg on top. Sprinkle crushed red pepper on top and enjoy!
