Watermelon w/ Feta & Mint

Refreshing, delicious and the perfect summer treat! The feta cheese compliments the watermelon for a sweet and tangy combination. 

Makes: 2-3 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon

  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

  • 2 tbsp fresh mint

Directions

Dice watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Chop mint finely. Toss watermelon, mint and feta cheese together. Serve cold on a hot summer day and enjoy! Remember to portion out 1/4-1/2 cup and pair with a quality protein.
